Aizome is the traditional Japanese method of dyeing indigo that has been used for hundreds of years. This collection honors that craftsman's sensibility and combines it with state-of-the-art laser technology to create sustainably distressed, one-of-a-kind denim goods.

Crafted in the USA featuring a 14 oz., raw selvedge Japanese denim, 36 Ghosts' Aizome Collection jeans are modern works of art that are made to last. Raw denim creates a tougher, more durable jean that breaks in gradually, with the potential for a better fade over time. Original artwork is laser-engraved. Natural hige, the Japanese word for whiskers, will appear during the process of wear on areas that receive the most stress, giving an individual look to the artwork and the denim itself. Timothy Hoyer's design for the collection is a striking illustration of death and mercy, embodied by the reaper and the goddess Kannon. Swirls of cosmic winged skulls wrap around the back.

Andrew Conner's design for the collection portrays the Bibilical story of Eve and the serpent on the front. Highly rendered tree branches intertwined with the serpent's body wind up the back.
